Spring is favorite time of year, I love the crisp cool air and blossoming flowers. I saw this beautiful anemone at Sherman gardens, then I took a picture of it printed it out and painted from the photograph. I am in love with the details in each petal and the purple and blue tones in the flower.
Details: Original watercolor painted on arches watercolor paper mounted on a birch board then framed with a natural maple floating frame.
